Repair Service Center Technician

The Repair Service Center Technician acts as an integral member of them by ensuring proper and timely repairs are completed for the company. This position requires that the candidate has experience with BOGE compressed air systems. Candidates without experience on the BOGE compressed air systems will not be contacted. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and general repairs of compressed air systems (BOGE).

  • Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of the compressed air systems.

  • Perform testing on each compressed air system to ensure that repairs made have resolved any prior issue.

  • Monitors and maintain part orders for the repairs center. Additionally, ensure proper organization of each part.

  • Responsible for all service center documents and reports. This position will require writing reports on each process performed per air compressor.

  • Responsible for the upkeep of the service center

  • Understand and implement all company policies and procedures.

  • Have working knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards required by law.

  • Keep open communication with the administrative coordinator to perform occasional duties like pick up materials, spare parts, etc.

  • Collaborate and support both domestic and international service center.

  • Comfortable with traveling internationally.

  • Ability to perform physical labor (lift 60+ lbs.) daily, in various weather conditions.

JOB MINIMUM

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience working in a service center on BOGE Compressed Air Systems or a similar environment.

  • Capable of lifting 60+ lbs.

  • Willing to travel for training, startup needs, management purposes, etc.

  • Ability to drive a forklift to move the equipment within the warehouse.

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.

  • Self-directed in order to perform repairs with little to no supervision.

  • General knowledge of air compressors or similar equipment repairs (required).

  • Must have experience with hand tools, power tools, etc.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidate must live within 30 minutes or less of the Pinehurst, TX facility.
